Fully furnished with southwestern furniture and accessories including leather couches, newer home goods (bed linens, fluffy towels, 4 standard pillows), Keurig coffee maker, microwave, gas range, fully outfitted kitchen), 50" smart TV's in living room and in bed room, high speed internet, in-unit washer and dryer, private backyard with umbrella and chairs, dedicated driveway parking, security features include dusk to dawn lighting and security doors.  Our cleaning includes steam cleaning and disinfecting mattresses after every guest visit.  This is a smoke free and no pets allowed property.  Thank you for your understanding.

Wonderful Oasis

B is a wonderful landlord and responds quickly to any communication. The place was cute and has a wonderful backyard oasis. Very close to UNM hospital and shopping. Humble Coffee is only a few steps away and is AMAZING!! Quiet safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Apartment

I simply loved this property! The Nob Hill area has all the shopping and eateries you could ask for and is so quiet. It's centrally located and a quick drive to anywhere you're headed. The backyard is secluded and comfortable. I had everything I needed. B is wonderful and helpful, but leaves you alone if you need nothing. What more could you ask for!
